Mission
RELAXATION & REJUVENATION, LLC provides a variety of therapeutic massage ranging from Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports and chair. For further “R&R”, we provide Reiki and Guided Meditation as well as Shiatsu (Acupressure). All services are given by a Connecticut State licensed and Nationally Certified massage therapist.

RELAXATION & REJUVENATION, LLC’s atmosphere is one of the tranquil surroundings and light aromatherapy fragrances. To enhance your massage a wide variety of essential oils and lotions are available.

Karen L. Pirhalla is a graduate of The Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (April 2001). Karen is licensed in the State of Connecticut, Nationally Certified and a Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Karen is a certified Reiki Master Teacher (March 2002). Karen is also a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP).

For nearly 20 years, Karen has worked as an Executive Assistant. She possesses a strong background in the financial industry, sales, marketing and purchasing. Indeed, with her past experiences, this has helped her to establish her venture with RELAXATION & REJUVENATION, LLC.
